Relationship of the Parties

Each party to this agreement is an independent contractor. This agreement does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchise relationship. Furthermore, no labor relationship between Sabai Technology and affiliate employees is created. Affiliates shall indemnify and hold Sabai Technology harmless of any claim or judicial action whatsoever from any affiliate employee. Neither party has the right or authority to, and shall not, assume or create any obligation of any nature whatsoever.
