This is a modified Asus RT-N16 router which is SCREAMING fast and has been configured and tested as a StrongVPN router!  This solution works with a StrongVPN PPTP or OpenVPN account giving you encryption, easy setup, and quick reconnects. On the PPTP router, we're using a special feature of the Asus software that allows the PPTP connection with automatic reconnects if the tunnel gets dropped.  On the OpenVPN model, We've installed the dd-wrt v24 Big operating system which leaves lots of memory and CPU for the traffic processing.  This is currently our best StrongVPN client router due to the combination of processor speed, RAM, and storage space.  It's a great router!
