Excellent Support and Customer Service |

My router lost its configuration and could not connect to my VPN. I emailed support/customer service and wow they sent me complete instructions on how to get it back working. I was up and running in less than 10 minutes.
Thank you all at Sabai, your products are great but your customer service and support are even better!!

I had been told that the support available through Sabai Technology was good, but good is an understatement! Ruth worked with me to solve several problems with my new router, and was endlessly patient with my lack of tech savvy. I'm sure most people won't have much trouble getting their routers up and running, but if you need help, Ruth is there. Highly highly recommended.

Recommended to US Foreign Services |

I just wanted to thank you for your help. This fix worked great for me. Just wanted to let you know how happy I have been with Strong VPN and Sabai Technology. I'm an officer in the US Foreign Service, and we move every 2-4 years, so keeping in touch with family/friends can be difficult and keeping a hold of culture in the US through Internet services even more so with IP address restrictions, although I certainly understand the need to protect Intellectual Property. That said, your service has been really great and helpful and I've recommended it to a few colleagues of mine who are just starting out and trying to figure out how to get setup. I'll keep you guys in mind as I move and if my tech needs change, you were very helpful and I really appreciate it. Just wanted to thank you and let you know I'll definitely recommend your service in the Foreign Service community.

Working/Living in Saudi Arabia would not be bearable without this bit of confort... Ruth is an excellent professional with in depth knowledge of these routers and their configuration. Having this VPN router is a piece of home away from home.
