I worked with William, for longer than the hour that he charged me, until my setup was complete.  The service that they provide is fantastic and professional.  William did what I have been trying to do, without success, for months.  His knowledge is broad and he was willing to work with my routers (I did not get told to purchase the ones that he sells, or pushed to buy any other products he sells).  I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service to anyone with a DD-WRT question or headache!  Thanks again, William.

Superb customer service from Sabai Technology April 3, 2011

Our company bought 2 routers + 1 hour tech time. We had a different requirement for the router setup, away from the ISP/StrongVPN solution and William is happy to hack away at a solution even if there's no guarantee we'd purchase. Come install time, he's eager to help out and exhaust all means to make things work and help out, even in the mundane items of networking. Absolutely recommend the tech time, it's like having expert technical support, a tutorial and great after sales service rolled into a very cheap add-in.
