We understand that not everyone is a technical guru. As much as it pains us, not everyone wants to know about configuring routers, OpenVPN vs. PPTP, and so on. With that in mind, we thought it best to offer our incredible technical support for 1-year from the time of purchase! This means that all of our customers now have access to one-on-one technical support 5-days a week through ticket, phone, chat, E-mail, and remote log-in. Yes, you read that right, you can call Simpsonville, South Carolina and talk with a live person, 5-days a week. Should you need support over the weekend, no problem, we are happy to provide support through email/ticket.

Free Shipping to all APO, FPO and DPO Addresses.
At Sabai Technology, we have determined that if a new idea or policy is good for our customers, we will do everything we can to implement it. When free military was brought up during an all-hands meeting, everyone asked “when can we start?” Thus, free shipping to all APO/DPO/FPO addresses was implemented.
To be eligible for free shipping, the address must be a US Government issued APO, FPO, or DPO address formatted to the specifications of the USPS. Example:
