Return Policy

Sabai Technology is happy to facilitate any returns within 90-days which meet either the Satisfaction Guarantee (see below) or Hardware Warranty (see below) policies. Customers may choose a refund or store credit to satisfy the terms of their return.

To initiate a return request, contact customercare@sabaitechnology.com with a claim. An RMA number will be issued to you with instructions on where to send the return. Please ensure that all items included in the original shipment are returned with the device, so that the Sabai team may issue the fully eligible refund amount. Once the return is received, it will be processed and a refund issued to the customer for the cost of the item. 

Approved RMA requests that are not received within 30 days of issuance will be voided and no refund or replacement will be issued.

90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All Sabai Technology products come with a 90 day Satisfaction Guarantee, unless otherwise noted. All Satisfaction Guarantee claims must be returned in original packaging, in proper working order, and in like-new condition. Please include a copy of the invoice in the return shipment for identification purposes. Shipping fees will not be refunded on Satisfaction Guarantee claims.

90 Day Hardware Warranty

All Sabai Technology products come with a 90 day Hardware Warranty, unless otherwise noted. Applicable terms include device failure at the manufacturer level. This Warranty does NOT include damage to the product from poor maintenance or environmental concerns, such as a power surge or water damage. It is completely at Sabai Technologies discretion as to whether a returned unit meets refund criteria.  Please include a copy of the invoice in the return shipment for identification purposes.

Shipping Costs Incurred

Sabai Technology is not responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a Hardware Warranty. This responsibility only includes the extent of original shipping costs. Any additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a Hardware Warranty return, refunds will include initial shipping costs paid by the customer at time of purchase. SatisfactionGuarantee claim refunds do not include the initial cost of shipping.

Customers are responsible for knowing and understanding the customs, duties and import policies for their countries of residence. Failure to clear customs due to documentation issues, additional fees or other administrative barriers is not the responsibility of Sabai Technology. If a package fails to clear customs, a refund can only be issued after the item is successfully returned, in working order, to Sabai Technology and will not include any shipping, customers, duties, and clearance fees paid by the customer.

Missing Items

If an accessory or attachment item is not returned with the product, the following appropriate amount will be deducted from the refund:

  • Ethernet Cable: $5
  • Power Adapter: $7-$28 (depending on model)
  • External Antennas: $20 per antenna
  • VPN Accelerator USB drive: $10
  • Product Stand: $50

If the router is not included in the return shipping box, no refund will be issued. Additional charges may be applied for damaged goods or items included in the original shipment but not listed here.
