Sabai Freedom is a 12-Month Support Package which includes:

  • White glove Technical Support via email, chat, telephone or remote connection for the following concerns:

    • Sabai OS software updates
    • Internet connection issues
    • VPN connection issues and optimization
    • Basic WiFi setup
    • Connecting devices to the router
    • Configuring external devices purchased from Sabai Technology
    • VPN Account file setup for preferred VPN providers
  • Additional services are available for a fee

Technical Support is available  Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST.  Remote connection is available by appointment. 

What is remote connection? Let our technical staff sit in the driver's seat, no matter where you are in the world! We can access your desktop right here from South Carolina and have your technical issues fixed before you know it. Forget having to follow complicated phone directions to fix your unique technical issue! Our professionally trained staff will take the mouse and have it fixed in a flash.

Software Upgrades Included in your Sabai Freedom Support Package is any new version of your OS released within the 12 month period. These free upgrades include our customized Sabai Operating System.

Need help with anything else? Sabai Technology does custom work, and with the Sabai Freedom Technical Support Package you receive discounted pricing. Custom work includes complicated and unique network setups, active blocking of traffic, multi-router setup, etc.

Sabai Freedom Multi-Device Policy: A single Sabai Freedom subscription will cover up to two devices purchased from Sabai Technology.

    I've dealt with many IT support staffs over the years, and it's been quite a while since I've had an experience that stood out as being noticeably better than the norm. My session with Rhett to resolve some VPNA issues was as good as it gets.

    So I upgraded my four-year-old Sabai Netgear router to the new OS and bricked it ... it had been working fine so I was EXTREMELY annoyed. Rhett from the tech support team tried to find a way to bring it back to life but it was gone. I was not happy (did I mention that). But he was so helpful in finding me a solution to buy a new router locally and then flash it with a Sabai license, saving the shipping costs and making the fix faster. Having bricked one old router, and not being a tech whiz (iunderstatement) I was extremely nervous about flashing the brand new one myself. Rhett sent me really precise instructions and then replied with the patience of a saint to my multiple questions as I performed the flashing, even though it was way out of office hours ... really late at night for him. We did it! My new router with the Sabai firmware is awesome, but not as awesome as Rhett, who turned me from a very grumpy customer to a huge fan. Thank you, Sabai, and thank you Rhett.

    I have had my SABAI for over two years with little or no know problem. But it is great to know if I have one the service staff takes care of me with out any problems

    For over 5 years I've been a loyal customer of SABAI, and it never cease to amazed me how consistently Ruth unwaveringly resolve any issues in no hassles... esp with me who is totally tech inept.i don't know where she get this vast reservoir of patience and energy. A rare GEM in this world! Thank you again.

    It's easy to set up an appointment with Sabai tech support online. Their technicians are friendly and professional and do not quit until your issue is resolved to everybody's satisfaction. This is a great little insurance policy to keep in case things go wrong. Absolutely worth the money!
