Software Upgrades Included in your Sabai Freedom Support Package is any new version of your OS released within the 12 month period. These free upgrades include our customized Sabai Operating System.
Need help with anything else? Sabai Technology does custom work, and with the Sabai Freedom Support Package you receive discounted pricing. Custom work includes complicated and unique network setups, active blocking of traffic, multi-router setup, etc.
Sabai Freedom Multi-Device Policy: A single Sabai Freedom subscription will cover up to two devices purchased from Sabai Technology.

It's easy to set up an appointment with Sabai tech support online. Their technicians are friendly and professional and do not quit until your issue is resolved to everybody's satisfaction. This is a great little insurance policy to keep in case things go wrong. Absolutely worth the money!

It's well worth the money. If you are like me and somewhat technically challenged, live outside the US and absolutely must have a vpn for business and entertainment this is a must have. Just schedule an appointment online and tech support will remotely make their magic with the settings. You are back in business in 30 minutes.

Sabai technology has one of the most outstanding customer services I have ever experienced. They are extremely responsive and accommodating. They have a real person pick up the phone and assist you, which is hard to come by these days. Rhett O. not only helped me figure out their product, but he went above and beyond by also helping me set up my OpenVPN for the router; spending about an hour (if not longer) on the phone going through everything step-by-step. And, as far as I know, they accomplish all of this with only two IT reps. Considering that customer service now in days is a 'dying breed', Sabai has revived my faith in a company actually caring about their customers.

I had an issue with my VPN accelerator that I bought a couple of years ago. Rhett and Ruth were very thorough with trying to resolve my issue over a couple of days. Scheduling an appointment was simple.
