Shipping Policy

Sabai Technology understands how important it is for your order to arrive promptly. Most in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday will ship out the same day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time will generally ship the next business day. Additional time is required for the following:

Orders with pre-configuration
Your order will generally ship within 1 business day of receiving everything required to pre-configure your order.

Pre-order, Sale & Flash Sale items
Your item will generally ship on or before the advertised ship date. If additional time is required we will notify you by phone or email.

Items marked “Delayed Shipping” / Back-orders 
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be back-ordered. This will be indicated on the product’s page as “delayed shipping”. While we make every effort to provide accurate ship dates, we can not guarantee these ship dates. If an item is expected to be delayed for more than 1 additional business day than the advertised ship date, we will contact you by phone or email.

Payment delays
If we are unable to successfully process your payment, for any reason, before 12:00 PM Eastern Time your order may not ship until the next business day.  If an order is successfully placed with an unconfirmed shipping address (either via PayPal or Address Verification System (AVS) mismatch using a credit card) your order will be cancelled or we may contact you by phone or email for additional information/verification. If you do not respond within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled. You can find more information on our Payments page.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide! Serving customers all over the world, International shipping has been a cornerstone of Sabai Technology since its inception in 2009. We ship to all U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We do not currently ship to the following countries/locations: Algeria, Andorra, Argentina, Ecuador, Greece, Israel, Jordan, Russian Federation, or Trinidad and Tobago.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and are based on the destination and the delivery option you select.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed – it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Signature Required

Sabai Technology may require a signature for your delivery. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required.

The majority of our packages are shipped without signature confirmation. However, the carrier or delivery driver may require a signature at their discretion. No signature required means the package will be left at the shipping address, which could mean that it is left at the doorstep or with a receptionist. Please choose a secure shipping address to ensure your product can be delivered safely. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is made.  If the carrier or delivery driver requires a signature they may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Sabai Technology. This is considered a “refusal”. To learn more, please see our Return Policy.

Signature confirmation may be provided upon request for a small fee. Please contact us before placing an order if you would like to add signature confirmation to your shipment. We can be reached by phone at +1.864.962.4072.

Delivery Estimates

To estimate when your package will arrive, count the business days starting the day after your package ships. (Example: If your order ships on a Tuesday, Wednesday would be the first business day in transit). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and should only be used as a general guideline. Delivery estimates exclude holidays, pre-orders, backorders and special sales.  Add 1-2 business days to your estimated arrival date if a holiday occurs while your package is in transit.

Guaranteed Delivery Dates

We try to be as accurate as possible when giving delivery estimates, however, most services are not guaranteed to arrive on the date or within a specified date range.

Our 2Day and Overnight Expedited services are the only services guaranteed to arrive on a specific date, but must meet specific criteria to be eligible. If your shipment does qualify and does not arrive as guaranteed we will refund your shipping fee in store credit. The following requirements must be met for Guaranteed Delivery:

          • A guaranteed delivery shipping method is selected (2Day or Overnight)
          • Your payment does not require additional checks for fraud or address verification that delay your payment
          • An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery meets our delivery guarante
          • An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee
          • No service events (as defined by the carrier) occur that void their service guarantee
          • Order must be placed and payment must be successful before 12:00 PM Eastern Time to ship same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time will not ship until the next business day. Orders with pre-configuration may not ship same day.
          • All store credit refund requests must be made within 2 business days of delivery

Signature Confirmation may be required for your delivery.

International Shipping

While we ship to most countries worldwide, we can not ship to the following countries/locations: Algeria, Andorra, Argentina, Ecuador, Greece, Israel, Jordan, Russian Federation, Trinidad and Tobago.

Unfortunately some products cannot be shipped to all destinations. In some situations we may not know that a product can not be shipped to a destination until the order is processed for shipping. If this happens we will contact you by phone or email to try to arrange an alternate form of delivery. In some cases we may need to cancel and refund your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

International Priority (FedEx)
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most international shipments are delivered 3-5 days after your order ships. We can not guarantee delivery dates for international shipments and our delivery estimates should only be used as a general guideline. There are many factors including customs clearance that can delay delivery.

Though we primarily use FedEx for international shipping, we reserve the right to ship orders via USPS, UPS, DHL, or other common carrier.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and are based on the actual product weight(s), dimensions and destination.

Freight Forwarding

Freight forwarding companies or package consolidators (“Freight Forwarder”) can be an economical and practical shipping solution for customers living outside of the United States. There are some additional conditions to be aware of when using a freight forwarder. Please be aware that we use the term freight forwarder as a broad definition to include actual companies that specialize in freight forwarding as well as friends or family who live in the United States and are willing to ship packages to you.

        • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after your shipment has been delivered to your mail forwarder. This means we will not refund or provide a replacement for any merchandise that has been exported beyond the original delivery address. To minimize this risk, you should instruct freight forwarders to refuse any shipments that arrive damaged. 
        • Our Return Policy does not apply to any items shipped to a freight forwarder. All sales are considered final and may not be returned. 
        • If the freight forwarder you are using has a U.S. address and you subsequently request that the items be exported outside of the United States, you or your freight forwarder are considered the exporter and must comply with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. Sabai Technology must not be listed on any export documentation including but not limited to export declarations, invoices, and packing lists.

Importation

When ordering from Sabai Technology you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Our shipping charges (that are displayed during checkout) do not include customs duties or import taxes. These fees are assessed when the shipment reaches the recipient's country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

This includes, but is not limited to: customs clearance fees, customs handling or processing fees, advancement fee for paying the duty and VAT on behalf of the recipient, customs declaration fees or other security, handling or shipping provider fees, duties or taxes imposed at import.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local Customs office for more information.

All orders must be shipped with a receipt stating the correct dollar amount of your order.

Customs Clearance

International shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by Customs and/or postal authorities. Individual products and packaging may be opened and inspected. Items may be repacked without the original care taken when your shipment left our warehouse. We have no control over this process and thus cannot be held responsible or guarantee the condition of any items on arrival. If you experience a complication with your local Customs agency we recommend that you follow up with them directly. If your shipment is not cleared by Customs and is disposed of for any reason (including failure to pay any duties, taxes or fees) we will not refund any product or shipping.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally please be aware of the following:

        • The products and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, or labeling requirements. Products may not conform to destination country voltage or other electrical standards, requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate
        • All hardware on our site comes with a standard American style plug. Universal Plug Adapters are available for purchase.
        • Unless otherwise indicated, most products are dual voltage. Step Up/Step Down Power Converters are available for purchase.
        • Manufacturers' warranties may not be valid
        • Product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be written in the destination country's language. All instructions are written in English.

Refused, Returned and Undeliverable Shipments

No refunds will be issued for products or shipping charges for the following reasons:

        • Your shipment was refused by the recipient or someone acting on behalf of the recipient.
        • Your shipment was undeliverable or rejected (by you or by customs) due to an error on your part including but not limited to incorrect address, incorrect name, not home, failure to provide proper documentation to customs, etc.
        • Customs fees are not paid by the recipient and the shipment is returned to us or abandoned at customs.
        • Customs disposes of your shipment for any reason.

Domestic Shipping

Sabai Technology ships to all addresses in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. All other US territories may be subject to international shipping fees. If you have questions about shipping to a US Territory, please contact us by phone at +1.864.962.4072.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following standard and expedited services for domestic shipments:

Standard Domestic (USPS)
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most standard domestic shipments are delivered 2-5 business days after your order ships. We can not guarantee delivery dates for standard domestic shipments and our delivery estimates should only be used as a general guideline. If you need your order by or on a specific date you will need to select an appropriate expedited shipping option.

Though we primarily use USPS for standard domestic shipping, we reserve the right to ship orders via FedEx, UPS, or other common carrier.

Expedited Shipping (FedEx)
If you opt to pay for expedited shipping, please note that shipments only depart our warehouse Monday–Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or after 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Expedited shipping only delivers Monday - Friday.

2Day: delivers two (2) business days after your order is shipped.

Overnight
: delivers the next business day after your order is shipped.

Saturday Delivery
If your expedited order requires Saturday Delivery, please contact us. Additional charges may apply and some addresses are not available for Saturday Delivery.

Under normal circumstances all 2Day and Overnight shipments are delivered on time. Occasionally deliveries may take longer due to an unexpected service delay, such as severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.

Though we primarily use FedEx for 2Day and Overnight shipping, we reserve the right to ship orders via USPS, UPS, or other common carrier.

Free Shipping
Sabai Technology offers FREE ground shipping to postal code 20189 and all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Most Free Shipping orders ship Standard Domestic (USPS).

To be eligible for free shipping, the address must be a US Government issued APO, FPO, or DPO address formatted to the specifications of USPS.

Military, state department employees, and diplomats living in private residences either domestically or abroad are subject to Sabai’s standard shipping rates. Free shipping designation is subject to address verification. 

Local Pickup
If you're located in the Simpsonville, SC area, we would be happy to arrange for order pickup at our Simpsonville office. Pickup can be scheduled Monday–Friday, 8am-5:00pm by calling +1.864.962.4072.
