All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

SHIPPING

All in-stock orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the order has been processed by our administration team, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, although processing may occasionally take up to 3 business days depending on order volume, verification requirements, product preparation, or information required from the customer. Unfortunately, due to an extremely high fraud rate, we are unable to process and ship orders to unconfirmed shipping addresses. If an order is successfully placed with an unconfirmed shipping address (either via PayPal or AVS mismatch using a credit card), your order will be cancelled and your account refunded. Notice to International Customers

All products come with a standard American-style plug.
Unless otherwise indicated, all products are dual voltage.
Customer is responsible for all customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country of residence.

Sabai Technology shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes and fees imposed by your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance fees, customs handling or processing fees, advancement fee for paying the duty and VAT on behalf of the recipient, customs declaration fees or other security, handling or shipping provider fees, duties or taxes imposed at import. All orders must be shipped with a receipt stating the correct dollar amount.

Customers are responsible for knowing and understanding the customs, duties and import policies for their countries of residence or import. Failure to clear customs due to documentation issues, additional fees or other administrative barriers is not the responsibility of Sabai Technology. If a package fails to clear customs, a refund can only be issued after the item is successfully returned, in working order, to Sabai Technology. Refunds will not include reimbursement for any shipping, customs, duties or clearance fees paid by the customer. If a package is abandoned at customs, refused by the customer or if customs fees are not paid by the customer, Sabai Technology has the right to refuse any refund.

Free Shipping to all APO, FPO, DPO and 20189 Postal Code Addresses.

At Sabai Technology, we have determined that if a new idea or policy is good for our customers, we will do everything we can to implement it. When this was brought up during an all-hands meeting, everyone asked “when can we start?” Thus, free shipping to postal code 20189 and all APO/DPO/FPO addresses was implemented.

To be eligible for free shipping, the address must be a US Government issued APO, FPO, or DPO address formatted to the specifications of the USPS. Example:

Military, state department employees, and diplomats living in private residences either domestically or abroad are subject to Sabai’s standard shipping rates.

Sabai Technology reserves the right to change or cancel this policy at any time. Free shipping designation is subject to address verification.

RETURNS

Sabai Technology is happy to facilitate returns that meet the requirements of our Satisfaction Guarantee or Hardware Guarantee. Products purchased from SabaiTechnology.com include a THIRTY (30) Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of original purchase. Customers may choose a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the reason for return and eligibility under our policy.

To initiate a return request, contact support@SabaiTechnology.com. An RMA number will be issued with instructions on where to send the return. All returns are made by mail and require prior authorization. Please ensure that all items included in the original shipment are returned with the device so that the Sabai Technology team may issue the fully eligible refund or credit amount. Once the return is received and processed, any applicable credit or refund will be issued.

Approved RMA requests that are not received within 30 days of issuance will be voided and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All Satisfaction Guarantee claims must be requested within THIRTY (30) days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in proper working order, and in like-new condition to be eligible for a full applicable refund. Please include a reference to your RMA number and/or original order information in the return shipment for identification purposes.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for Satisfaction Guarantee returns. Original shipping and handling charges, Pre-configuration fees, customs duties, import fees, taxes, and other charges required to import or deliver goods are not refundable or reimbursable. If a returned product is considered used, a restocking fee of up to $30 may be deducted from the refund.

Hardware Guarantee

All hardware and accessories purchased from SabaiTechnology.com include a THIRTY (30) Day Hardware Guarantee from the date of original purchase.

The Hardware Guarantee covers eligible device failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, improper maintenance, environmental conditions, use of an incorrect power supply, power surge, improper or insufficient ventilation, unauthorized repair, water or liquid damage, failure to follow operating instructions, fire, flood, or other circumstances outside the control of Sabai Technology.

Sabai Technology reserves the right to determine whether a returned unit meets the applicable repair, replacement, refund, or credit criteria. Please include a reference to your RMA number and/or original order information in the return shipment for identification purposes.

Hardware Guarantee Claims

For an eligible Hardware Guarantee claim, Sabai Technology may repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished product at Sabai Technology’s sole discretion. Some products may not be available for replacement and may, at Sabai Technology’s discretion, be exchanged for a different item of equal value.

If a refund or store credit is approved under the Hardware Guarantee, the approved amount will be issued after receipt and processing of the defective hardware.

Shipping Costs for Returns

For Satisfaction Guarantee returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

For eligible Hardware Guarantee claims within the United States, Sabai Technology will provide or reimburse standard ground return shipping. Any expedited or additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by Sabai Technology.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both Satisfaction Guarantee and Hardware Guarantee returns. Sabai Technology does not reimburse international return shipping, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other international shipping or import-related fees.

Missing Items

If an accessory or attachment item is not returned with the product, the following appropriate amount will be deducted from the refund:

Ethernet Cable: $5
Power Adapter: $7-$28 (depending on model)
External Antennas: $20 per antenna
VPN Accelerator or Home Server USB drive: $50
Product Stand / Wall Mount: $10-50
Original Box: 10% of the item's price

If the primary item (Router, VPN Accelerator, Home Server, etc) is not included in the return shipping box, no refund will be issued. Additionally, a reduction in the refund may apply at the discretion of Sabai Technology for any damaged goods or missing items from the original shipment that are not listed here.
