Open-Box
Open box refers to products that have been previously opened or briefly used for things such as in-house testing, but these items are like-new and typically include original packaging. This also includes products that have not been used, but the external packaging may have slight damage.
Refurbished
Refurbished products have been repaired and restored to like-new condition. All parts and accessories that would have been included with the original product are present, and our thorough inspection process ensures that the product is clean and in working condition. Refurbished products may also include hardware that was refurbished by the manufacture.
