Return Policy

Sabai Technology is committed to offering quality products and services at an exceptional value. Our goal is to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed your expectations on quality and performance and that you're satisfied with your purchase. We do this through Sabai Technology’s Hardware Guarantee and Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee Programs”).

Hardware Guarantee

We source our router hardware from leading manufacturers to bring you the best hardware quality possible. We also test each router in a strict quality control process prior to shipping. Still, we feel it is best to offer a ONE (1) year hardware guarantee to all of our customers so that you have ultimate peace of mind. All routers (Sabai OS and DD-WRT), VPN Accelerators and VPN Home Servers purchased from SabaiTechnology.com include a ONE (1) Year Hardware Guarantee from the date of original purchase.  All other hardware and accessories include a THIRTY (30) Day Hardware Guarantee from the date of original purchase.

Our  Hardware Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship in hardware products purchased from SabaiTechnology.com.  The Hardware Guarantee does not cover products purchased from any third party and does not cover equipment which has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or accident such as, but not limited to:

      • use of incorrect line voltages or power supply;
      • damage caused by a power surge;
      • damage caused by improper or insufficient ventilation;
      • improper or unauthorized repair;
      • damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Sabai Technology or an Authorized Sabai Technology Reseller;
      • water / liquid damage;
      • failure to follow the operating instructions that are provided by Sabai Technology; or
      • fire, flood, "acts of God," or other contingencies beyond the control of Sabai Technology.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All Sabai OS VPN Routers, VPN Accelerators and VPN Home Servers purchased from SabaiTechnology.com include a NINETY (90) Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of original purchase.  All DD-WRT Routers, accessories and other hardware purchased from SabaiTechnology.com include a THIRTY (30) Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of original purchase.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Sabai Technology. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from SabaiTechnology.com, you may return the item within the Satisfaction Guarantee period for exchange, store credit or refund (less shipping, handling and other charges).  You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number during the Satisfaction Guarantee period before returning your item.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Sabai Technology is happy to facilitate any return which meets the Hardware Guarantee or Satisfaction Guarantee Program. To initiate a return you must contact us by email at Support@SabaiTechnology.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your full name and order number with your request. An RMA number will be issued to you with return instructions.

If an item is eligible for return, it must be returned in like-new condition, in its original packaging, with all paperwork, parts, accessories, and with no cosmetic damage to ensure full refund (excluding shipping and handling or other taxes or fees required to import or deliver goods). Items which contain or appear to have any amount of blood, bodily fluids, water damage, or any other unknown substance will be automatically deemed a hazardous material and a health risk. Items in such condition will be discarded and no refund will be issued. You must include your RMA number (provided by Sabai Technology) in the return shipment for identification purposes.

If an accessory or other item is not returned, the following appropriate amount will be deducted from your refund:

      • Ethernet Cable: $5
      • Power Adapter: $25
      • Antennas: $20 per antenna
      • USB Thumb Drive: $10
      • Product Stand / Wall Mount: $10

If the primary item (Router, VPN Accelerator, Home Server, etc) is not included in the return shipping box, no refund will be issued. Additional deductions may be made for damaged goods or for other items included in the original shipment, but not listed here.

Hardware Guarantee claims requested within NINETY (90) days of purchase:

Replacement or Exchange: If eligible, a new unit will be shipped to the original delivery address and a return label (from the delivery address to a Sabai Technology office) will be provided for return of the defective hardware. If a return label can not be issued (usually international shipments), a new unit will be shipped after receiving the return tracking number for the defective hardware. Shipping charges (up to the original paid shipping price) will be reimbursed once the returned item is received.

Refund or Store Credit: approved refund amount will be issued after receipt and processing of the defective hardware.

Hardware Guarantee claims requested after NINETY (90) days of purchase:

The customer is responsible for return shipping of the defective hardware. Sabai Technology may repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished product at Sabai Technology’s sole discretion. Some products may not be available for replacement, and may, at Sabai Technology’s discretion, be exchanged for a different item of equal value.

Satisfaction Guarantee claims requested within NINETY (90) days of purchase:

All Satisfaction Guarantee claims but be requested within 90 days of the original purchase date.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping and handling or other taxes or fees required to import or deliver goods will not be refunded or reimbursed.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Sabai Technology is not responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a NINETY (90) Day Hardware Warranty and then only reimbursable up-to the original paid shipping cost. Any additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sabai Technology will not reimburse customs, duties, or other import taxes and fees incurred under any circumstance.


It is completely at Sabai Technology's discretion as to whether a returned unit meets replacement or refund criteria.  Sabai Technology reserves the right to change or cancel this policy at any time. If there are any questions regarding returns, you may contact us using the information below.
