I Have been very happy with my E3000 router and my StrongVPN subscription. However living in Denmark did make surfing rather slow due to 100ms latency with all traffic going though US. So when Sabai introduces the new firmware with dual gateway support i ordered the Support Package...and i must admit not only was the upgrade completed in 5 minutes...ATV goes though strongVPN and the other devices goes directly to the internet.

Furthermore the interface is so much more user friendly even my girlfriend can managed the box, not that it is needed with the dualgateway :-)

Ruth and William completely understand the importance of "Customer Service". This is a very small price to pay for the level of service you receive. Sabai is determined to make sure you have the best connections and support possible. In over 40 years in I.T. Sabai has by far the bes support I have ever experienced!!!

Sabai Freedom Support Package Firmware Upgrade March 28, 2012

I recently upgraded my Internet service, but noticed that my 2 year old Asus VPN router was not giving the speed I expected. It was running the older DDWRT firmware.

On Ruth's advice I purchased the Support Package and Ruth spent about 30 minutes connected to my Asus upgrading the firmware to their latest, completely redesigned product.

First thing I noticed was how much more user friendly and well thought out the new interface is. Second, my whole reason for upgrading, speed. Even Ruth was impressed. We went from 5mbps down and 1mbps up to a blinding 23mbps down and a crazy 9mbps up! That's even faster than what I get connected directly to my ISP's router.

I am a huge fan of Sabai's products. They work seamlessly with Strong VPN and allow me to have the IP for my devices that I require.

Excellent products and excellent support.

On the advice of Sabai (Ruth) I was able to purchase the Support Pkg only, I chose this approach as I was able provide my own Linksys E3000 router. This package provided the Sabai OS as a firmware update the installation of which was handled remotely by Ruth. The results of this service and the Sabai OS are magnificent. The Sabai router interface is excellent and very easy to handle. All in all Sabai along with my VPN provider (Strong) have given me exactly what I wanted. Thoroughly recommended 10 Stars !!!!
