The Sabai Home Server allows you to securely access your home or business network from anywhere in the world through your own private VPN connection.

What Is the Sabai Home Server?
The Sabai Home Server is a dedicated device configured to host your own VPN server. Compatible VPN clients, including computers, phones, and tablets, can connect remotely and securely access resources on your local network.
This is different from products such as the Sabai VPN Accelerator or a Sabai OS VPN Router. Those products are generally configured as VPN clients that connect your network to a VPN provider's remote server. The Home Server works in the opposite direction by allowing you to securely connect back to your own network while you're away.
The Home Server includes an easy-to-use web interface for configuring and managing your VPN server, authentication, and client configurations.

How Can You Use the Home Server?
The Home Server creates an encrypted tunnel back to your home or business network. Once connected, you can securely access compatible local network resources from a remote location as though your device were connected to your local network.
This can be particularly useful for remotely accessing security cameras, smart home equipment, computers, network storage, and other devices or services that are normally available only from inside your network.
Without a VPN server, remote access to some network devices may require forwarding ports from your external IP address directly to those devices. This can expose device interfaces to the internet and may introduce unnecessary security risks, particularly when devices have outdated software, security vulnerabilities, weak authentication, or incorrect configurations.
The Home Server provides an alternative by allowing you to establish an authenticated, encrypted connection to your network first. You can then access compatible local devices through that connection without exposing each device directly to unsolicited internet traffic.

Because the VPN server is located on your own network, internet traffic routed through the Home Server uses your home or business internet connection.

Wonderful VPN solution
As a remote IT worker I find the ability to VPN into my home in the USA to be invaluable. I can access my home network remotely as if I were local, and connect through to the internet from my home IP. It's all seamless and easy. I could have futzed around and built something myself but this was so quick and easy that it was worth it. My boss, streaming providers, and everybody else think I'm still at home.

Works perfectly! Fast and reliable!
The home VPN server works perfectly! This is my second unit (used to access various remote locations). Setup is easy. Ruth and Sabai support are excellent and very helpful when needed.

excellent customer service
customer service is free first month only. then gets exorbitant, $100 per year. streaming from usa isp seems to be quite steady with none of the occasional stoppage of streming service from usa based providers. the speeds are triple those i used to get through my vpn router. however, there is still a bit of "stuttering" when watching tv. working with sabaii (my first month) to try to resolve this issue. if your overseas, i recommend this solution over a vpn router.

Rock Solid! Just completed a 10 day trip away from home and was easily able to securely access my home network. Wish I had made the decision to incorporate this device a lot sooner. Of course, Ruth made the entire process of purchasing, set-up, and configuration a total breeze. Top shelf equipment and even better pre/post purchase support. Can't go wrong with Sabai!!
