Sabai Passport (Mail-In)

If you already own a compatible router and would like to upgrade to Sabai OS, Sabai Passport (Mail-In) is for you. This includes one Sabai OS license and the option to mail your router to us for flashing.

At this time, we do not offer remote flashing. Instead, you will need to ship your router to us so we can attempt to install Sabai OS for you.

How It Works:

• After purchase, you will receive an email with mailing instructions.

• You are responsible for securely packaging your router and shipping it to us.

• Once received, we will attempt to flash the router with Sabai OS.

• If flashing is successful, we will email you a quote for return shipping.

• Your router will be returned after payment for return shipping is received.

• We typically reuse your original packaging for the return shipment.

Important Notes:

• You are responsible for all shipping costs.

• We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Please package your router carefully.
  

• Even if your router is listed as compatible, successful flashing is not guaranteed. Some hardware versions or previously installed firmware may prevent the flash from completing.

• If the flash is unsuccessful, you are still responsible for return shipping.

Sabai OS offers a simple, stable, and secure way to run your VPN at the router level. It allows you to protect all connected devices and manage your VPN connection in one place.

Compatibility:
Sabai Passport is currently only available for the following compatible router models:

• Linksys E2000 (v3)

• Netgear WNR3500L (v2 only)

• Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 R7000 (R7000-NAS or R7000-PAS... not R7000P)

• Netgear Nighthawk X6 AC3200 R8000 (not hardware X6S, not R8000P)

Do not purchase this product unless your router is on this list. Even with compatible models, flashing success is not guaranteed due to hardware or firmware variations.

Please Note:

• This product is non-refundable once issued.

• You are purchasing at your own risk. We do not guarantee compatibility or flashing success unless the router is purchased directly from Sabai Technology.

• If you would like help configuring your router or setting up your VPN service after flashing, please add Sabai Technical Support to your order.

• Sabai OS is not recommended for use in China and may not function reliably there. Other regions may also have limitations due to local internet restrictions.

• VPN speed and performance are not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT:
There is always a risk of bricking when flashing firmware. By sending your router to us, you accept this risk and understand that we make no warranty of success. If you are uncomfortable with this, we recommend purchasing a pre-flashed router from our website.
