Sabai Passport

If you already own a compatible router and want to upgrade the firmware to Sabai OS, the Sabai Freedom Passport Package is perfect for you. It allows you to install Sabai OS yourself and save money.

Sabai Passport includes one Sabai OS License for one router and instructions for flashing. If you need assistance with the flash or need assistance with initial setup and configuration of your VPN then please add a Sabai Freedom Support option to your order. Our friendly, South Carolina-based technical support team will be happy to walk you through flashing your current router with Sabai OS and help you with router configuration. We take the guesswork out of it!

Figuring out which flash "image" is needed for your router while holding your breath and hoping that you choose the right one can be a nerve-wracking process. While we love the DIY-ers, some of us need a little help along the way, and that's where the Sabai team comes in. We are happy to troubleshoot any concerns you have before, during, and after your flash process. This is support done the right way with one-on-one remote technical support.

• One-on-One remote service makes our support special and convenient. You may be asked to download a program that will allow you to connect to our technicians remotely. If you do not have internet access prior to your session, please indicate this in your original issue explanation.

• You may be asked to schedule a session with our technical support team after your purchase. We are able to provide better service by scheduling sessions ahead of time. Immediate help may or may not be available after the purchase.

Please note: When remote flashing, there is a slim chance that your router could be bricked. We make no guarantees or warranties for this product. If you are uncomfortable with the process and risk, we recommend purchasing a pre-flashed router from our site. Due to the nature of this product, refunds or exchanges can not be issued for this product once service is rendered.
