Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday 12:00 PM Eastern Time excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or after 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday will be shipped the next business day. Unfortunatley, due to an extrememly high fraud rate, we are unable to process and ship orders to unconfirmed shipping addresses. If an order is successfully placed with an unconfirmed shipping address (either via PayPal or AVS mismatch using a credit card) your order will be cancelled and your account will be refunded.

Notice to International Customers

  • ☑ All products come with a standard American style plug

  • ☑ Customer is responsible for all customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country of residence

Sabai Technology shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes and fees imposed by your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance fees, customs handling or processing fees, advancement fee for paying the duty and VAT on behalf of the recipient, customs declaration fees or other security, handling or shipping provider fees, duties or taxes imposed at import. 

Customers are responsible for knowing and understanding the customs, duties and import policies for their countries of residence or import. Failure to clear customs due to documentation issues, additional fees or other administrative barriers is not the responsibility of Sabai Technology. If a package fails to clear customs, a refund can only be issued after the item is successfully returned, in working order, to Sabai Technology. Refunds will not include reimbursement for any shipping, customs, duties or clearance fees paid by the customer. If a package is abandoned at customs, refused by the customer or if customs fees are not paid by the customer, Sabai Technology has the right to refuse any refund. 

Free Shipping to all APO, FPO, DPO and 20189 Postal Code Addresses.

At Sabai Technology, we have determined that if a new idea or policy is good for our customers, we will do everything we can to implement it. When this was brought up during an all-hands meeting, everyone asked “when can we start?” Thus, free shipping to postal code 20189 and all APO/DPO/FPO addresses was implemented.

To be eligible for free shipping, the address must be a US Government issued APO, FPO, or DPO address formatted to the specifications of the USPS. Example:

Military, state department employees, and diplomats living in private residences either domestically or abroad are subject to Sabai’s standard shipping rates.

Sabai Technology reserves the right to change or cancel this policy at any time. Free shipping designation is subject to address verification.

RETURNS

Sabai Technology is happy to facilitate any returns within 90 Days which meet either the satisfaction guarantee or hardware warranty policies (see below).   Customers may choose a replacement, refund or store credit to satisfy the terms of their return. 

To initiate a return request, log into your account and click Completed in your Account Management page or contact support@sabaitechnology.com with your request. An RMA number will be issued to you with instructions on where to send the return. Please ensure that all items included in the original shipment are returned with the device, so that the Sabai team may issue the fully eligible refund or credit amount. Once the return is received, it will be processed and a credit or refund will be issued to the customer for the cost of the item.

Approved RMA requests that are not received within 30 days of issuance will be voided and no refund or replacement will be issued.

90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All Sabai Technology products come with a 90 day Satisfaction Guarantee, unless otherwise noted. All Satisfaction Guarantee claims must be returned in original packaging, in proper working order, and in like-new condition. Please include a reference to your RMA# and/or your original order information in the return shipment for identification purposes. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for Satisfaction Guarantee orders.  Refunds will be issued upon successful return of the router in saleable condition, minus the original shipping fees. No shipping fees are reimbursed for Satisfaction Guarantee RMA’s. Please include a copy of the invoice in the return shipment for identification purposes.


1 Year Hardware Guarantee

All Sabai Technology products come with a 1 Year Hardware Warranty, unless otherwise noted. Applicable terms include device failure at the manufacturer level. This Warranty does NOT include damage to the product from poor maintenance or environmental concerns, such as a power surge or water damage. It is completely at Sabai Technology's discretion as to whether a returned unit meets replacement or refund criteria. Please include a reference to your RMA# (provided by Sabai Technology) and/or your original order information in the return shipment for identification purposes.   

If the Hardware RMA is issued within 90 days of purchase:

    • All shipping costs will be paid by Sabai Technology
    • If the customer requests a replacement unit: If eligible, a new unit will be shipped to the original delivery address and a return label will be provided for the customer to return the defective unit (from the delivery address to Sabai Technology).  If no return label is available (usually international shipments), new hardware shipments will be sent upon receipt of a return tracking number and shipping charges will be reimbursed with receipt of the unit (up to original paid shipping price).
    • If the customer requests a refund: a full refund will be issued after receipt and processing of the defective device.

If the Hardware RMA is issued after 90 days of purchase:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping of the defective unit
    • Sabai Technology may repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished product at Sabai Technology’s sole discretion. Some products may not be available for replacement, and may, at Sabai Technology’s discretion, be exchanged for a different item of equal value. 
    • Hardware warranties are not eligible for refund after 90 days.


Shipping Cost Incurred 

Sabai Technology is not responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a 90 Day Hardware Warranty and up-to the original shipping cost within the first year. Any additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sabai Technology cannot reimburse customs, duties, or import taxes incurred under any circumstance.

Missing Items

If an accessory or attachment item is not returned with the product, the following appropriate amount will be deducted from the refund:

  • Ethernet Cable: $5
  • Power Adapter: $7-$28 (depending on model)
  • External Antennas: $20 per antenna
  • VPN Accelerator USB drive: $10
  • Product Stand / Wall Mount: $50

If the router is not included in the return shipping box, no refund will be issued. Additional charges may be applied for damaged goods or items included in the original shipment but not listed here.
