With a quad-core Intel processor and 4 GB of RAM dedicated to VPN processing, the VPN Accelerator is designed to overcome the performance limitations that can occur when VPN encryption is handled directly by consumer router hardware.

You do not need a Sabai OS VPN router to use the VPN Accelerator. The Accelerator handles VPN processing separately, allowing a compatible router or mesh Wi-Fi system to distribute the VPN connection throughout your network.
This gives you the flexibility to choose the Wi-Fi system that best fits your home or business while using dedicated hardware for VPN processing. It is particularly useful if you already have a router or whole-home mesh Wi-Fi system that you want to continue using.

VPN Accelerator With Sabai OS
When paired with a compatible Sabai OS VPN Router, the VPN Accelerator can be used with Sabai OS Gateways for additional device-by-device connection control.
Gateways allows supported devices to be assigned to your regular local internet connection, the router's VPN connection, or the VPN Accelerator connection directly from the Sabai OS dashboard.
VPN Accelerator & Proxy
The VPN Accelerator also supports proxy functionality. This provides additional flexibility for users who want to route traffic from a particular application or browser through a different connection while other traffic continues to use the normal network connection.

Sabai VPN Accelerator
Gained 4-5 times speed compared to my vanilla OpenVPN on WNR3500/Tomato. Absolutely recommend this if your VPN is significantly slower than your non-VPN service... takes all the heavy processing work out of your router... genius. Also, great support staff... can't go wrong with Sabai.

I was unsure at 1st if this would make a big change, well it did. I went to 30mb over my VPN to over 130mb. Well worth the price!!

As a previous and current customer of Sabai Technolgy, I decided to upgrade my current Sabai VPN Router and VPN Accelerator. Let me first state that my Internet speed through Spectrum is 100 Mpbs down and 12 up. My previous VPN Router was a Sabai Technology R7000 along with their 2nd generation VPNA which worked very well and seldom if ever did I experienced a connection drop. Several months ago I decided to upgrade to a Sabai Technology R8000 and recently I upgraded to their 3rd generation VPNA. After Ruth, who I must say is excellent with her patience, knowledge and skills when it comes to VPN, walked me through the initial setup, the above combination “Supercharged” my VPN speed. I get a consistent 130 Mbps download speed with a ethernet connection and here was the surprise, I get 130 Mbps using Wireless. Before I purchase the Sabai Technology combo, I was using a VPN router from FlashRouter. Although it was a good router, it did not come close to the Sabia Technology combo speed and reliability. I might add that the best Cable Modem on the market right now is the ARRIS/MOTOROLA SB 6183. I tried several other cable modems but not one could match the SB 6183. I mentioned this because some cable modem just don’t like a VPN connection and you can spend countless hours trying to find out why your speed is slow after installing VPN. My biggest complaint about VPN was the speed reduction of 50-60%. My concern went away when I purchase the Sabai combo equipment. Give Ruth a call and sit back and surf the web and download info at lighting speed. Felix PS. I briefly tried Spectrum 300 Mbps download speed and you guess it, the Sabai speed was 350 Mpbs down!

Great boost
After installing the VPN accelerator, I went from an average download speed of 25 MBps to 160 Mbps. Once I connected it, I reached to my VPN provider and had it running in a manner of a few minutes. Wish I had done this sooner.

Older VPNA unit Refreshed!
I have the old vpna unit no longer listed in the shop. I picked up this upgrade and it refreshed the unit like it was new. Performance was improved. Note: use the front usb port to power the thumb drive if you have the old units for this to work. As always Sabai tech support knows their products well and got this working with no problems.

simple and must have
this thumb is must have with Sabai router for a better VPN speed it's just simple plug and have it boot from the pc and you REALLY WILL SEE A BIG BIG different. my speed was something between 3 to 8 mb few times get to 10mb now I can get it up to 63 mb. if you love streaming such Netflix and want that 4k definition without any buffering or poor quality then this the thing you need along with the sabai router. simple and easy. and the best thing is the Sabai Support team very kind and helpful you will not be disappointed at all. WORD :D
